Rustic Cabin

This cozy cabin is constructed from wood sourced right from the property. It boasts two comfortable, one with a queen and the other with a full bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing living area, and all the you need for a comfortable stay, including linens, wifi, a coffee pot, and a TV. Outside, you can enjoy a meal at the picnic table or gather around the fire pit with complimentary wood for a cozy evening under the stars.

Pet Policy

Cancellation Policy

RV Site/ Tent Sites & Cabins
Cancelling at any time will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Cancelling 7 days or less prior to your arrival time will result in you forfeiting your entire deposit.

Cancellation fees will be applied to each reservation that you cancel.

Cancellation Policy is as follows for Cottages, Lodges, & Area Rentals

Cancelling at any time at least 21 days prior to your arrival time will result in a $25 fee.

Cancelling 8 – 21 days prior to your arrival time will result in a $100 fee.

Cancelling 7 days or less prior to your arrival time will result in forfeiting your entire deposit amount.

Cancellation fees will be applied to each reservation that you cancel.

Appalachian RV Resort Refund Policy

We do not issue weather related refunds.
We do not issue refunds for early departures.

$50 Pet cleaning Fee and $25 Pet Deposit

(We Love Pitt bulls & other dogs, cats welcome, birds, horses, No alligators please lol )

Our property is pet friendly to accommodate all patrons. To bring your pets you must adhere to the policy as stated below. Pets must remain on leash while outside of units at ALL TIMES. Pets must be crated at when patrons are not in the unit with the pet. You must also pick up and properly dispose of pet droppings. Pets need to be well behaved and not disruptive to other patrons such as frequent barking etc especially at night. Any patrons that bring animals and do not adhere to the pet policy as stated above or have animals that become aggressive or disruptive are subject to immediate termination of remainder of stay without refund

East River Mountain Overlook

The overlook has an Almost Heaven swing that overlooks the mountains and the overlook offers some of the most beautiful views of the area. Picnic area also available.

Pinnacle Rock State Park

Pinnacle Rock State Park is located 3 miles from our property in Bramwel WV. The park offers picnic areas, hiking trails and fishing lake (Jimmy Lewis Lake).

Glenwood Recreational Park

Glenwood Park offers picnic areas, playgrounds, hiking, fishing, and paddle boats

Rural King- Free popcorn & coffee & a treat for your dog (Cheap date Lol) walk around & look at a variety of things from clothing, farming, gardening, outdoor gear, animals, etc.. you might walk out with a chicken or a bunny).
